an activity you can enjoy for a lifetime. Discover how a sailboat works and how to safely operate it. Then, put your skills into practice at Western Carolina Sailing Club on Lake Hartwell!
Western Carolina Sailing Club offers beginning sailing classes for adults, both members and non-members.
Each class includes both classroom sessions and hands-on training on the water. The on-the-water portion is taught in Flying Scots and Lightnings. All classes are conducted at Western Carolina Sailing Club.
Registration for the 2026 Spring class is closed.
